We hold quarterly patient participation groups and we hope that you will come and join us.
It will be an early evening meeting at 6.00 pm for about an hour, where snacks and refreshments will be provided. In the meeting, we would like your input on how The Elms Medical Practice moves forward and embraces all the changes that we go through.
