Good morning, 

My name is Patients name and I’ve been a patient at your surgery since I was a child. I know how my own 2 daughters and husband who also are all registered at the surgery. 

I would just like to say thank you to the surgery for all its support over the years. 

I appreciate how busy and demanding working in General Practice is, particularly during the winter months and in post covid times. I would like to say a special thank you to Sarah on reception too. As a family we have had to contact the surgery on numerous occasions (more than I wish we’d had to) over the last couple of months and Sarah has been so calming and reassuring. Nothing ever seems too much trouble and I feel so relieved to hear her voice at the end of the phone, particularly when I’m feeling anxious. 

Thank you to Dr. Krish, Dr. Gangha and Paula for all their amazing work.
