Covid Update:

Throughout the pandemic we have made the Practice as safe as possible for our patients and staff and we will continue to do so.

From the 19th July 2021 we ask that patients still wear a face covering, socially distance and use hand sanitiser in the Practice.
This may be frustrating for some, however, people come to us when they are sick and vulnerable, we believe that it is best to keep taking these small precautions to continue to keep our patients and staff safe.

Staff at The Elms Medical Practice have worked so hard to minimise the impact of Covid-19 and we will continue to keep our Practice safe for all our patients and staff.
