Appointment System

The practice has now implemented a telephone triage appointment system whereby all routine and on the day appointments are initially dealt with as a telephone consultation. If the clinician feels as though they need to see you, they can arrange a face to face appointment or video consultation. However, this is the clinicians’ decision.
