We have now started using the MJOG patient messaging service.
This enables us at the practice to contact you quickly if we need for any reason to cancel appointments IE during the cyber attack.
It also enables us to remind patients that they have booked an appointment and it allows the patient to cancel their appointment via a return text once they have received the reminder this is great for reducing DNA’s (patients who did not attend) which enables us to offer more appointments.
So please make sure we have your up to date mobile number.
If you want to opt-out of the messaging service (which we don’t recommend) please advise reception.
